You can choose to undertake an Enquiry on Results – which means having your IELTS test re-marked You must make this request within six weeks of your test date. Your test will be sent to the head office of British Council or IDP: IA for remarking by Senior Examiners.

  • If you already registered for an IELTS Test, the best way to pay is through the Online Registration System.
  • Log in to https://ieltsregistration.britishcouncil.org/login and choose the payment tab.
  • If you prefer to pay in person or with cash, you may visit out centre Mon-Fri 9:00am - 4:00pm at the addresses found here.
  • If you reached the maximum 3 payment attempts, you can try payment again by selecting your test location below.
