to institutions like colleges, universities, or professional associations
either upon their release or at any point within the two-year validity period.
DURING REGISTRATION, when you register online, you will encounter a page that
provides you with the choice to send your results directly to the intended
recipients. Opting for this method will ensure that these organizations receive
your results simultaneously, and possibly even before you do.

Complete the form with your details and the information of the institution where you want your results sent. Make sure all information is accurate to avoid delays.
Sign the completed form and submit it to us either via email or in person.
Include a copy of your Test Day ID with the request form.
We will review your request, inform you of any applicable fees, provide delivery options, and send you an online payment link if needed.
Some institutions receive results electronically, while others do not. Please confirm with your institution if you are unsure.
If your institution cannot receive results electronically, choose one of the options below:
1. Postal Delivery (Free)
Your TRF will be sent via Canada Post regular mail to the address provided on your form.
Ensure the address is correct.
Regular mail cannot be tracked.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks or more depending on location.
If the address is incorrect, we must wait for the TRF to return before resending.
Not suitable for urgent delivery or tracking.
2. Express Delivery (Additional Fee)
Fee depends on your delivery location. Contact us for the exact cost.
A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the shipment online.
